Undelivered notifications from ELF

From 21.2. to 1.3. the notification mails from ELF (moodle) did not work - therefore the automatically generated messages were not delivered to the addressees during this period.

Warning of a wave of fake emails

A warning about the current wave of scam emails going into the inboxes of some users (on and off the university domain).
