Connect Yourself
We know that it is no longer possible to stay without a connection today. All you have to do is connect to the eduroam Wi-Fi network and enter the login name in the form of učo@muni.cz and the secondary password. You can access services available only from the university network - such as paid articles - from the comfort of your home or abroad, thanks to a virtual private network (VPN).
Study
Choose one from 10 study rooms all over Brno and study even at night - the university computer centre (CPS) on Comenius Square is open non-stop (24/7). In addition, from any PC in the university network, you automatically gain access to a wide range of electronic information resources (EIZ) - mainly paid ones. If you still miss the book, don't hesitate to visit the library on your way.
Use Software
Install the free Microsoft Office 365 package on up to five different devices incl. mobile phones, tablets and laptops. We also offer office and specialized software, some of which you can download, and another is freely available on university PCs or online.
Save and Share Data
Cloud storage is used to store data on the Internet, so you don't have to transfer it, and it's available everywhere. As a MU student, you have 1 TB of space available on OneDrive, and with a university account, you can also access Google Drive.
You can print and copy in A4 and A3 formats in all university computer rooms (and other places). You can even scan in most places. In the university computer centre, we can handle large-format printing of posters (up to a size of 168 x 106 cm), and we now also have 3D printing in operation.
Charge Your SUPO Account
Thanks to the SUPO system, you can pay for accommodation in dormitories or printing services. You can charge credit cashless by transferring it to the account. You can also top up your SUPO account with cash via one of the 16 top-up machines. After attaching the ISIC card, you insert the banknotes, and they are immediately transferred to the SUPO account.
Settle Down and Get Familiar with University Buildings
Do you have a place to live? We advertise offers or housing exchanges, most of the contributions are directly from students, and you can set notifications for new ads. Does living on your responsibility not suit you? Take advantage of the Accommodation and Catering Services.
Can't find the auditorium where you are supposed to have the lecture? Munimaps clearly show the premises of all buildings of Masaryk University, including rooms.
