ARTS Processing AV Recordings
This service is provided by the Faculty of Arts MUNI.
Your audio and video recordings related to teaching and research at the Faculty of Arts MUNI can be professionally processed. For example, you can record lectures by guest experts, keynote speeches at conferences, interviews with celebrities or outputs from the teaching and research.

Conditions for processing your recording
The service is provided primarily to the employees of the Faculty of Arts MUNI or those who represent them.
The possibility of professional processing applies only to recordings directly related to education and/or research, performed by the employee in the framework of their job at the Faculty of Arts MUNI.
Submit your request to process your recordings via the form. You will be asked to complete the request form with the details that we need to process the recording. The details are specified directly within the form. After submitting your request, please, wait for an e-mail confirming the task by the video studio staff and asking for any necessary information.
The video studio may propose a later date of the processing for capacity reasons.
Please, note that the video studio does not digitize analogue audiovisual recordings.
GDPR-related requirements should be addressed by the person who orders the service.
If you find you do not need to have your submitted recording processed for any reasons, please, inform the video studio as soon as possible.
