Sign in to the web version of OneDrive at http://onedrive.o365.muni.cz/. Use your university profile to log in at učo@muni.cz.

In the OneDrive web interface, click the "Sync" button and follow the other instructions in the dialogs.

Once setup is complete, OneDrive will appear in your file explorer under the name "OneDrive - MUNI".
