Instructions: Connecting MU Network Storage to MAC
The central repository is available only from the MU network. Access from the external network is possible using the MU VPN.

Open Finder and press command+K to open window to enter the disk address will appear. Enter the address with the prefix as follows: smb://ha-bay.ics.muni.cz/share
Make sure that the slashes are in the correct direction. Click the connect button.

To login enter UČO and secondary password. For auto log in after turning computer on, the login can be saved in the keychain.

After a successful login, the folder structure on the connected network drive will be displayed.

To add this folder structure named share to your Favorites in Finder sidebar press command+Shift+C. Drag and hold the share icon to the Favorites list in the Finder sidebar.
