Instructions: How to use remote support?

If you do not have a computer under central administration, download AnyDesk application (Windows | macOS) and run it.

If you have a computer under central administration (you log in to the computer with a UČO and a secondary password), click the Start menu and type AnyDesk. In the case of a desktop computer, you will see the AnyDesk MUNI, and in the case of a laptop, the AnyDesk MUNI port. Launch this application and tell your technician the number that is displayed at the bottom of the window.

As soon as the technician starts connecting to you, the following window will pop up, where you can click Accept (with the administrator shield).
