Remote Support

The service provides users with technical support and helps with managing standard computing technology. For requests, that can be solved via network, remote help is used. In other cases, technicians come in person and help. 

Remote Support (Online)

Applications for remote assistance allows the technician to perform software interventions on the user's computer without the physical presence of the technician. All activity of technician can be seen on your computer monitor and can be terminated at any time. The technician can not connect without your cooperation.

For desktop computers and laptops in central administration (you log in to them using your UČO and secondary password), you do not need to download the application; it is already on your computer—details below in the instruction.
