You can send technical issues or other IT-related requirements to FSS MU via the form. Your message will be delivered to the staff of the FSS Information and Communication Technology Centre.

When to Contact CIKT FSS

• with requests for installation, administration, warranty and post-warranty service of hardware, software and audiovisual equipment
• with failure reporting, technology malfunctions
• with requests for disconnecting, connecting and moving of faculty computer and audiovisual equipment
• with a request for support with the use of technology in lecture rooms 
• requesting training in the use of technology
