IT Support for Employees
For Masaryk University employees, user support is initially provided by the IT departments of their faculties, institutes or other units. The IT ServiceDesk is responsible for escalating problems to specialists, providing after‑hours support and solving more complex problems.
IT Support for Information Systems
Support and maintenance of key information systems such as IS, INET, and MAGION is secured by specialised groups. In case of questions or problems, which are directly connected to these systems, please contact the dedicated support, IS technicians or iHelp.
