Unified reservation system now also in the Kotlářská area

Based on the last meeting of the Dean's Advisory Board of the Faculty of Science, we would like to inform you about the changes in the management of reservations through IS MUNI at our faculty, which aim to improve the efficiency and organization of the reservation system. The system of reservations through the IS is mandatory for lecture halls, classrooms, and then rooms, which have been defined by the individual departments. It is mainly about unifying the booking systems and simplifying and integrating bookings with teaching.

How to contact faculty IT support? Always by university email address

The standard and preferred method of contacting Faculty IT Technical Support is to fill out a form or send an email from a work address (M365, IS, Faculty server; typically @muni.cz, @mail.muni.cz, @sci.muni.cz, etc.) to it@sci.muni.cz. In the email, please provide as much detail as possible about your problem or request. This will allow us to better prepare to deal with the issue and, most importantly, to respond more quickly in urgent cases.
