If an old device works, it is not necessarily safe
Sometimes it can seem that any (even old) device that is functional is suitable for the job. However, this assumption is often wrong.

On Saturday, May 27, 2023, the Faculty of Informatics (Botanická 68a) will hold its annual review of the power transformers. As part of this, power will be shut off from approximately 6:30 to 10:00 am. During this time, electricity will be supplied from backup sources, so there should be no outages. If you still experience an outage, you can check the status of your service at https://status.it.muni.cz/ for service availability. You can also report unavailability to your colleagues at it@muni.cz.
