Unavailability of classroom G24 during the summer months and moving of the server room

Please note that classroom G24 will be undergoing renovation from June to mid-September and will be unavailable for the duration of the renovation (exact start date to be determined). We are also planning to move the server room during these months - this will cause the internet to be unavailable for approximately 6 weeks throughout Building G. During the downtime, it will still be possible to use the offices, but the network connection will be unavailable (this includes the central printing, Eduroam, etc.). We will inform you of the exact date in the coming weeks.

If you are planning to hold a conference, summer school, exams or other events in the summer, please be aware that these complications may occur in Building G (for this reason, we do not recommend using the rooms in Building G for larger events in the summer, where an internet outage could be a major problem).

If you are already aware that you are planning to organise any events in Building G during the period mentioned above, please email us so that we can discuss a suitable alternative with you.
