Support for Bulk Adding of Sponsored Accounts from CSV Format
We've recently improved the way bulk sponsored accounts can be created. The input format is CSV, and the supporting information is shown here. With this method, passwords are generated automatically, or a request can be sent to users to fill in the password and activate the account. There is also the option to set the account expiration date.
Possibility to Set Sponsorship Expiration
A novelty is also the possibility to set the expiration date for individual sponsored accounts and those that are created in bulk. Expiration can be set or modified later in the user overview.
Clearer Information in the User's Profile
Essential and most frequently searched information is available on the user's overview page in individual tabs. Thus, it is possible to obtain information on whether the given user is sponsored and who sponsors him, the date of his expiration in the organization, or it is possible to send a request to reset the password.
E-mail Password Reset Request for a Sponsored User
In case the user forgets the password, he can ask his sponsor to generate a request to change the password. You can find the password reset on the overview page about the user.
Request for Filling the Password by the User
When creating sponsored accounts, we added the option to send a password request to the user. We can think of this step as the completion of the registration by the user.
Quick Action
To simplify some operations, we've added quick actions to the sponsored accounts table.
