Do you use a Business Mobile Plan or Business Mobile Plan For Family and are you going on holiday abroad? The good news is that in the European Union you call, text and use data in the same way as in the Czech Republic. But how is it outside the EU?
If you are going abroad in the summer and have a Business Mobile Plan or Business Mobile Plans for Family, you will use it in the EU countries in exactly the same way as in the Czech Republic. However, it is necessary to have active roaming and do not forget to turn on data roaming on your phone.

It is necessary to have roaming turned on so that everything works as it should. The good news is that calling and texting is unrestricted even in the world. However, if you plan to use the data outside the EU, contact your local IT administrator at the faculty and arrange with him.
Before contacting, prepare the date of travel and list of countries where you will use the data services. Choose the right data package "the rest of Europe and selected countries" or "the rest of the world", which can be monitored in the price list.

When logging in to the foreign network of the local operator, a so-called "welcome SMS" arrives once every 30 days. This SMS shows current prices that do not apply to the MU framework contract - the content of these messages can be ignored.
