Try Free Visio for the Web

Microsoft Visio tool specializes in drawing schemes and creating graphics and diagrams, now available for free in the web version. For example, project developers will appreciate it, but it can also be used by those who work with the process or the component modeling. You can access it either from the web application menu or directly via this link.

No More Arguing about who Raised his Hand First

During the calls in MS Teams, you can use a practical novelty, thanks to which there is no need to ask who raised his/her hand first. In the list of all meeting participants, you will now see next to "raised hand" the numerical order of people who and when raised their hands to ask for the word.

Let the Presentation Be Translated Directly in Teams

If you trust digital translators, you can have your presentation shared in MS Teams translated into a foreign language. In addition to English, you can also try German, Spanish, French, Italian, and other languages on offer.

Easier Sharing of the Presentation Directly from the Application

It is another minor adjustment that will please and simplify the work. You can share the presentation to the ongoing Teams meeting you are logged in from the desktop application directly via the button in the upper right corner (see image below). However, it must be saved on OneDrive or Sharepoint to share the presentation in this way.

Don't be afraid if you can't find this feature in your MS Teams. It should appear after the next Office package update.
