The power of To Do application is in its simplicity. It works with smart to-do lists and tasks, which you can tick off as you complete them - and we all know very well how good it feels when we can "tick off" a finished task (hence the To Do icon).
You can create lists manually, but they are also available automatically. They work with other options related to specific tasks. You can also assign higher priority to certain tasks and set the due date.
Smart Integration with other Tools and Applications
But To Do can do even more. It is a smart scheduler for your day that, in addition to creating various to-do lists, displays tasks from other applications, such as Flags and tasks you create in Outlook or OneNote. Moreover, in To Do app, you will also see the tasks that your colleagues assigned to you in the Planner plan.
My Day – Helpful Planning Assistant
My Day is a crucial list for planning purposes. Although it is empty at the beginning of each day, after opening any task in To Do, you will be offered the opportunity to add it to the My Day view. Alternatively, you can use the Suggestions feature to find tasks that are due today or in the future.
