Instructions: Connecting a OneDrive Folder on a PC
OneDrive is both a storage space for saving data in Microsoft 365 and an application allowing documents synchronization.

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 onlite portal through the link m365.muni.cz.365. Find OneDrive under Apps.

Click the Sync icon located in the top bar.

A windows will open with a pre-filled e-mail address UČO@muni.cz Click Sign in.
Note: If you are accessing an already installed OneDrive on PC application, it is necassary to enter UČO@muni.cz manually.

Enter your UČO and primary password and log in.

Select the location of the synchronized OneDrive folder and click Next.
Note: We recommend leaving the folder location the same.

Select whether you want to also synchronize files from your Desktop, Documents and Pictures folder.
Note: We recommend setting this up later.

The last windows should allow you to click Open my OneDrive folder.

Everything is ready and your OneDrive folder is accessible from the right side of Windows File Explorer.
Redirects you to the Microsoft 365 web interface. Enter učo@muni.cz. You will be redirected to the single sign-on page, where you enter učo and primary password.
