INET Information System
INET serves all MU employees and students, along with all UČO and primary password holders as well as university guests—together about ten thousand people. It is an internal information system designed for the university’s operations and its administration, including human resources and wage management, financial and asset administration, and science and research. The system is available in two languages (Czech and English) with its own terminology dictionary.
INET has allowed advanced digitization of MU data and processes supporting the university’s financial and administrative operations. It also provides services to employees and students. Thanks to the information system, only a few key tasks remain that must be undertaken by administration staff manually.

Connection to Other Information Systems
INET is tightly integrated with the IS, particularly in the file records of documents it processes. It is peripherally connected to a number of other university systems: Library Catalogue MU (status of library loans), EIZ (access to electronic resources), Kompas (visualization of simplified floorplans for university facilities), and ISKaM and Kredit (payments via SUPO). In addition, it serves as a key resource for MU websites.
