Planned Outage of IT Services

The smooth running of the academic year is also ensured by reliable and secure IT services, which must undergo necessary technical maintenance once in a while. For this reason, some IT services are scheduled to be out of order from 5pm on Friday, 21st October until midnight on Sunday, 23rd October. Some IT services will be either completely unavailable or its usage will be limited during this period.

Update: From 6pm (October 23rd) are INET Information System, Magion and MU Portal available again.

The following information systems and IT services will be unavailable during technical maintenance:

Print Services for Students and Top-up Machines services will operate during the morning hours on Monday, 24th October 2022.

The restriction also applies to any changes of primary password as a part of MUNI Unified Login service. If you change your password during the weekend of 21st-23rd October, the change will take effect after the technical maintenance is completed.

On Thursday, October 20, after 2 p.m., there were technical problems that caused outage of part of the university infrastructure. As a result, an IT systems and IT services were affected. The infrastructure was then put back into operation that day (October 20, 11:40 p.m.). Please note that this sudden outage has no connection to the planned outage and will be implemented on the scheduled dates.​
