FSS Landline Telephony

CIKT offers FSS MU employees the opportunity to set up their telephone extensions, which can be used with a landline telephone. It also provides a complete accompanying service.

Acquisition of the Telephone

• The new corded telephones will be supplied to FSS users by persons delegated to the telephony area when setting up the extension or replacing a non-functional phone with a new one.
• If a telephone already exists in the room, it is possible to request a new extension routed to an existing phone.
• The display of room designations in MU information systems is also related to landline telephony. If you want to update the room's designation in which you operate, contact us.
• Submit telephony requests via the forms (Forwarding, Setting up/changing) or to cikt@fss.muni.cz.
