What if the students receive message about the loss of connection in the course of the test?
Try waiting for some time for the connection to restore. If nothing happens, try reloading the page (press F5).
What if some of the students are unable to submit their essay file?
Note the name of the student and the number of the used computer. Send it to us, together with the information where the task should be submitted. If the student has saved their file, we will be able to find it in the online storage. Be aware that the file is sent to the online storage only at the moment when the student logs off. Else, we will not be able to find the file.
What if logging in to Elf takes longer than usual?
Please, be patient. If more people access Elf at the same time, it may result in a slight slowdown.
