OIKT: Plans for 2022
Dear colleagues,
in the following year, 2022, we will focus on the following points:
- Revitalization of the hall of the Faculty of Science and other classrooms according to financial possibilities
- Inhouse office laptops - a problem with Windows 11
- Continuation of the transfer of the existing 70 sites to the university-wide solution UMBRACO or cPanel - completion of the list and contacts of individual responsible persons
- muni.cz - sharp launch
- Complete migration of existing mailboxes to O365 and transfer mail to O365
- Security of all computers and devices - about 400 machines
- Management of network elements in cooperation with ICS
- Addition of individual institutes in Kotlářská to the central administration
- Custom domain for central computer administration
- Greater cooperation between local CITs
- Information security policy - HR AWARD
- Implementation of the MyQ solution at the Dean's Office
- Better organization of work in the workplace - coffee break, list of services + substitutability and delegation of services
- We would like to train on creating packages in SCCM
- Extension of teaching 3D printing for PřF, MUNI, or the public - acceptance of the project by Pruša Research
- Erasmus + job shadowing
