Roaming PC Profile at MU

The roaming profile provides transfer of settings, files on the desktop and in selected user profile folders (Documents, etc.) across the PC in the university study rooms.

How to Login?

  • To log in to a student PC account, use your UČO and secondary password.
  • If you're having trouble loading a student PC account, sign out and sign in again.
  • If you have any other problems, please contact the IT ServiceDesk.

What Files are Sync between PCs?

When you log in Desktop, Documents, and Contacts are automatically synchronized. All settings and data stored in the profile or other place than stated are not guaranteed by the university. We recommend OneDrive for Business to store files.

Life Cycle

Each student or employee has created his/her roaming profile within half a day since enrollment or signing of the contract and UČO allocation. In rare cases, such as at enrollment, the time may be increased depending on the allocation of UČO in the IS.

The roaming profile is deactivated when the study is interrupted or finished. Deactivation of the profile proceeds in the same time slot. We recommend backing up your data before terminating your relationship with MU.
