Setting up an automatic reply and signature in an email

To create an automatic reply in your absence, you can now use the app to help you set it up. You can also create an official email signature in the app without having to fill out the signature.

Originally, this online application could only create an official signature for emails in the MU Unified Visual Style. Now it has been enhanced with the ability to generate automatic replies when you are away from your desk. This is especially useful during vacations, business trips, illness and other situations when you know that the requester may wait for a response for a long time. The application allows you to choose from several out-of-office options, including setting up contact with a substitute colleague. At the same time, it is possible to create an English signature in the application.
