Dear colleagues,

in the following year, 2025, we will focus on the following points:

• Continued implementation of the inhouse Office work mode
• Continued conversion of existing websites to the university-wide solution UMBRACO or cPanel - completion of the list and contact details of individual responsible persons
• Continue migration of existing mailboxes to M365
• Management of network elements in cooperation with the ICS
• Adding individual institutes at Kotlářská Street to the central administration
• Innovation of the course Digital Competences and Tools 1, 2, 3
• Collaboration on AI and VR teaching
• Transition to inventory of network elements and servers - Asset management - Netbox application
• Implementation of Zabbix for security of UPS, servers and related infrastructure
• Unification and standardization of classrooms: Includes setting uniform procedures, substitution rules, software unification, management of room access, passwords and room occupancy
• Management and optimization of network elements in coordination with the ICS
• Incorporation of individual institutes at Kotlářská Street into central administration
