OIKT: Plans for 2023

Dear colleagues,

in the following year, 2023, we will focus on the following points:

• Revitalization of the Faculty of Science assembly hall or other classrooms according to financial possibilities
• Inhouse office laptops -> Problem with Win 11
• Continuation of the transfer of the existing 70 websites to the university-wide solution UMBRACO or cPanel - completion of the list and contacts of the responsible persons.
• muni.cz - live operation
• Completion of migration of existing mailboxes to o365 and conversion of mail to o365.
• Security of all computers and devices - approx. 400 machines
• Management of network elements in cooperation with the ICS
• Adding individual institutes on Kotlářská to the central administration
• Own domain SCI.UCN.MUNI.CZ ?
• Greater cooperation of local CITs
• Information security policy - HR AWARD
• Introduction of MyQ solution at the Dean's Office
• Better organization of work at the workplace - coffee break, list of services + substitutability and delegation of services
• We would like training on creating packages in SCCM (not necessarily from IST, but e.g. from UKB)
• Extension of 3D printing training for Faculty of Science, MUNI, or the public - acceptance of the project by Prusa Reaserch
• Erasmus+ job shadowing
