We are looking for a member of the User Support Team to join the e-Learning Office of CIT FF MU, a department dedicated to supporting online learning and integrating technology into education.

Job description of user support

User Support staff provide support for online learning and the integration of information technology into education. They are well versed in faculty e-learning systems (ELF, Medial, MS Teams, etc.), troubleshoot problems with these systems and provide consultation on them. They also test these systems, participate in their further development and create tutorials and other helpful materials. They prepare and conduct training and workshops on information technology in education

What we require

• User familiarity with ELF (Moodle)
• Computer skills at a good user level (e-mail, internet search, basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage)
• Ability to think analytically
• Perfect written expression, ability to express oneself accurately
• Willingness to learn new things, reliability
