Planned power outage at FF MU, buildings G and J
On Monday, January 19, 2026, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., there will be a gradual power outage in buildings G and J at FF MU due to the replacement of the main circuit breakers.
From January 5, 2026, PCs running Windows 10 at FF MU will be shut down
Please note that on January 5, 2026, all computers with Windows 10 installed will be centrally shut down throughout the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. Only those computers that could not be reinstalled to a newer version should still have this version of the system at the faculty. If you have a computer with Windows 10 at your workplace, please back up your data, as it will no longer be possible to use the computer after the mentioned date.
Computers using Windows 11 will not be affected by this measure.
