The National Library of the Czech Republic and the Moravian Library have temporarily made their digital holdings available. Altogether, over 215,000 online monographs and periodicals are available for university students and teachers.
Online books are available to university students and teachers after logging in via the eduID.cz identity federation (MUNI is a member) at this address (Czech only): ndk.cz/podminky-zpristupneni.
Thanks to an agreement with Dilia and the Copyright protection organization - association of authors, the National Library is launching remote access to its digital titles. It will last for the state of emergency, until the end of the year at the latest. Online books can't be downloaded or printed - they're available as if you were viewing them from computers in library study rooms.
At MUNI, students and teachers can also use the e-loans, a service for viewing scanned study literature from the libraries of Masaryk University on a computer screen without the possibility of downloading and saving it.
