MUNI National Renewal Plan 3.2.1 - Development in Distance Learning, Online Learning and Blended Learning

The Centre for Information Technology of the Faculty of Arts is currently working on a project funded by the National Renewal Plan, in the framework of which we are preparing several activities that we believe will promote the use of technology in teaching. The project has not yet been finally approved by the Ministry of Education, so the planned activities still carry a certain degree of uncertainty. If everything passes the final approval, you can look forward to the next run of the Scholarship Programme to support the use of technology in teaching, where we can offer support for student assistants up to 30,000 crowns. In addition, we can offer 0.1 FTE for a full semester to teachers who will create and edit e-learning materials for their courses.

We would also like to run a series of workshops for teachers: for example on learning applications, interactive whiteboards or virtual and augmented reality, or a mini-conference to share experiences with each other, strengthen the teaching community and provide an opportunity for open consultations.

We would also like to offer teachers the opportunity for peer-to-peer in-class hospitality, where you would either arrange to meet with a colleague or you could use our services and involve our mentor when planning your hospitality.

We also plan to allow teachers to arrange for a teaching assistant to provide direct support in the classroom or online learning (for example, in the use of technology or e-learning tools etc.).
