1. As in the school - raise your hand

You no longer need a chat to hands up during a videoconference. Now all you have to do is click on the hand symbol in the action menu, which is the equivalent of a raised hand in real life. The hand is displayed next to your name in the overview and also in the preview of participants. You can see it through the Show participants option. When finished, we recommend that you do not forget to put your hand down, i.e. click on the hand symbol again.

2. List of meeting participants

You no longer have to search the history of the meeting, click on the option Show participants, and then Download the attendance list. The meeting attendance list with the participant, user action, and timestamp in .csv format will be downloaded. This only applies to the meeting organiser.

3. Chats in a new window

Did the eternal clicking bother you too? For smoother and brighter communication, individual conversations can now be opened in new windows.

4. Display up to 9 videos of participants

Instead of the original 4 previews of the meeting participants, you can now see 9 participants.

5. Authorization of an ongoing meeting

Did you forget to set the meeting's permissions via the Meeting Options before the meeting started? Using the Show Attendees button, you can click Manage Permissions and set permissions in an ongoing meeting. Again, this only applies to the meeting organizers.

6. End the meeting for all participants

In other actions (3 dots), you will find the option End meeting. It can be useful, for example, for teachers to end a lesson, but of course for anyone else.

Please note that the news is reflected gradually, so don't be afraid if you don't see it yet.
