Scientists from the Center for Structural Biology at CEITEC MU are working on an international project. In collaboration with colleagues, not only from remote workplaces, they needed to improve access to documents and simplify joint planning. We found the solution in the O365 Groups cloud tool.

Tools were made more efficient and easier to work on. After deployment, they have plenty of space for cooperation on all of their documents (at the same time, from many places) and also they can share their comments. Thanks to personal and team calendar they are able to effectively plan individual steps and keep track of important milestones. They have everything important at one place so they can be fully devoted to their main activity – science.
