Users who have forgotten their UČO or Password

Active employee or student

Active employees or students should follow the procedure for restoring access described here, specifically:

  1. employees will contact their local rights administrator,
  2. students wil contact the study department of the faculty of their current studies..
 

A new student (before enrollment) will receive their UČO and password upon enrollment. If you have not received it or
lost it, contact your study department.

 

Active employees or students should not use a guest (sponsored) account.

Former student

Former students should follow the procedure for restoring access described here.

Also it is necessary to ask an MU employee whether the UČO of this student can be found in Perun IdM. If the UČO is not found in Perun, the MU employee will submit a request for activation via the form, specifically with the option “an account for a person related to MUNI in the past”.

If none of the procedures above is applicable, ask an MU employee to create a new guest account for you, the so-called sponsored account(see the related guide).

 

It is not possible to activate the account of a former employee (who is not a former student).
