ARTS Taking portrait photos of faculty employees
This service is provided by the Faculty of Arts, MU
Faculty of Arts, MU employees have the opportunity to have their portrait photos taken. Such photos can be used, for example, for promotional purposes online. The service is provided by the CIT FoA Videostudio.
Academic and non-academic units of the Faculty of Arts MU may ask for professional portrait photographs of their employees to be taken. The aim is to provide those interested with high-quality photographs for presentation on their unit website, social networks, or at conferences. Portraits can only be taken on the premises of the Faculty of Arts – for example, the exterior of the Arne Novák complex or the Videostudio. The taking of photographs must be approved in advance by the head of the department.
Notification: We don’t take photographs of people for the IS MU. This service is provided by ICS; you can learn more details on the page Photographing for ID Cards.
Conditions for providing the service:
- The service is only provided to employees of the MU Faculty of Arts.
- Only portrait photographs are taken.
- Photographs can only be taken on the premises of MU FA (interiors, exteriors, or in front of a colour canvas in the Videostudio).
- The taking of photographs must be approved of by the head of the unit to which the employee belongs.
