In cooperation with the faculty administration, we provide comprehensive IT support and conference services for organizing events related to FSS.
What Conference Services Include from an IT Perspective
- Sound, projection, operator training,
- presence of technician at the event,
- connection to wifi or computer network,
- consultation of website placement, currently mainly in the UMBRACO system,
- creation of DNS record for web pages,
- setting up an email alias or group account in Office 365 to handle correspondence,
- batteries for microphones.
