In March, we will have a series of online workshops on Microsoft 365 tools. Do you need a clear representation of your work processes or procedures? Effectively capture ideas and lead team discussions? Or automate some routine tasks? Then you might be interested in one of the following workshops:
We will demonstrate how to effectively create and edit different types of diagrams in Microsoft Visio, which offers much wider possibilities in this area than, for example, the ordinary SmartArt in PowerPoint.
If you're missing a program for easy planning in your regular office tools, Whiteboard may be the right choice. In this workshop, we'll explore how to use the application for effective brainstorming, project planning, and student activation in the classroom. In addition, the tool is available not only through a web browser, but also as part of MS Teams.
Our third workshop in March will help you automate repetitive routine tasks! Here, we will focus on Microsoft Power Automate, which allows you to streamline your daily work agenda by automatically sorting and sending emails, managing files and inventories, or facilitating approval processes, for example.
All workshops will take place online.
