Roaming PC Profile at MU

Roaming profiles allow the transfer of settings, files on the desktop and in selected user profile folders (e.g. the Documents folder) across PCs in the university study rooms and selected classrooms.

Each student is assigned a license and a roaming profile is automatically created when they first log on to their computer. The capacity of the profile is limited to 25 GB of data. If the profile is not actively used, it is deleted 6 months after the last login.

How to Login?

• To log in to a student PC account, use your UČO and secondary password.
• If you're having trouble loading a student account, sign out and sign in again.
• If you have any other problems, please contact the IT ServiceDesk.

What Files are Synced between PCs?

When you log in, your Desktop, Documents, and Contacts are automatically synchronised. All settings and data stored in the profile or elsewhere are not guaranteed by the university. We recommend using Microsoft OneDrive to store files.
