Electronic Mail (e-mail)
MU Students and staff automatically acquire the account UČO@mail.muni.cz, which can be administered in IS MU, and UČO@muni.cz, which can be administred through o365.muni.cz. Both these accounts and other personal or work accounts can be imported into web or desktop clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail...)

The cloud services package available to all MU students and staff offers tools enabling communication and cooperation within teams, time planning, and cooperation on documents.
Communication and Cooperation
Masaryk University facilitates a number of tools enabling communication and easier cooperation of individuals and teams within the university environment, as well as with external partners.
Videoconferences and Webinars
Videoconferences serve to transfer sound, video, or screen image between numerous communicating individuals or groups. What is more, webinars and web conferences enable interactive cooperation over shared materials between a greater number of people; they have their moderators and are hence applicable to presentations or lectures.
Time Planning and Cooperation
Office 365 tools enable effective time planning and organising of activities, developing tasks for teams, or administering shared notes and sharing calendars.

Tools and services for sharing notes and ideas, co-authoring, co-editing and reviewing documents and files.
