FF Webinars in the Recording Studio
This service is provided by the Faculty of Arts MUNI.
If you need to arrange a seminar for a large number of participants, you may consider the form of a webinar. Online tools and recording technology make it possible for a large number of people to attend the seminar. This service can be used only for webinars associated with the teaching or research at the Masaryk University.
The Faculty of Arts MUNI has a recording studio in building L at Veveří 26/28, where webinars can be held. The studio has a seating set, LED TV to display your images, microphones, speakers and the computer to control the webinar. You can also use your own devices. However, it is possible to use any other classroom, which is equipped with the required technology, to make the recording.
Conditions for providing the services
The service is available primarily to the staff of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University.
Please, submit your request to book a webinar using the form. You will be asked to complete the request form with the details that we need to make the webinar run smoothly. The details are specified in the form. After submitting your request, please, wait for the confirmation e-mail from the CIT FF video studio staff. They will confirm that the recording can be made and ask for more information, if necessary.
The video studio can refuse the webinar for capacity reasons.
In the event that the webinar cannot take place for reasons on your side, please inform the video studio as soon as possible.
If want to use a roll-up with the Faculty of Arts logo to put on the background, please, contact the Office for External Relations.
