ARTS User Created Videos
This service is provided by the Faculty of Arts, MU.
To create a simple educational, tutorial and other video, you can use several tools offered by the Faculty of Arts. The advantage of these tools is their linking to university identities and e-learning courses in ELF.
Capturing a recording using a webcam
You can record videos using your own webcam easily directly in the faculty’s Medial media library. After logging in (using your UČO + secondary password), just press Upload and in the first step of the wizard select “Record webcam”. In subsequent steps, you can add additional information to the recording. After processing, the video will be stored in your personal category in Medial.
Medial is available to all students and employees of the Faculty of Arts. Contact us for enabling the service for other university departments.
Capturing a recording using a mobile phone
To make a recording using your mobile phone, you can use the TechSmith Fuse app, available for Android (4.0 or higher) and iOS (7 or higher).
The application allows you to record a new video or select an existing video from your device and send it to the faculty media library. It is necessary to link the application with the university licence for Techsmith Relay by scanning the QR code below and logging in using your UČO and secondary password.
TechSmith Fuse is available to all students and employees of the Faculty of Arts. Contact us for enabling the service for other university departments.
After uploading, the recording will be stored in your personal category in Medial.
