Instruction: Configuration and Import of Mail Account

To use your e-mail client on a PC, tablet, or mobile, decide which account you want to import. Most applications support multiple accounts. For each e-mail account, use its incoming and outgoing mail configuration. Configurations for university and faculty accounts can be found in the overview at the bottom of this page.

If you import mail accounts to Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird applications, follow these instructions:
When you import an account for yourself, you will be asked for the information below, even if you are using another application.
University Mailboxes
Mailbox o365: @muni.cz

To receive Google Mail in Outlook, use the "G-Suite for Outlook" utility. Contact CIKT FSS for help setting it up.
