Brief description
Basic informations
- The upper meeting room is located on the third floor of Building 1.
- The meeting room's layout, available technical equipment and flexible space support effective teamwork and provide a suitable environment for meetings, training and group discussions.
Projection equipment
- A conventional projector is available in the room for presenting multimedia content.
- The image can be projected:
- from a prepared laptop located at the main table
- or from your own device connected via HDMI or DisplayPort (connection cables are located at the connection point at the main table)
- In addition to the projector, there is also a television with HDMI input in the classroom, which allows you to view content from your own device.
- to use the camera, it is necessary to connect the appropriate USB cable to the same device
Sound and additional equipment
- Audio output is provided by speakers located around the projector.
- The sound is transmitted automatically via HDMI cable
- the volume can be controlled via a controller on the speakers or directly on the connected device
- There is also a small whiteboard and flipchart in the classroom for taking notes or drawing diagrams by hand - ideal as a complement to a digital presentation.

Layout options
- The furniture can be arranged in several possible variants according to the number of people
- The following variants are designed for 4-6 people, 8 people and 12 people with the use of a television for the presentation and a camera
- The maximum comfortable capacity is then 16 people with the use of a projector
- in this case the camera occupies only the trainer
Recording
- For recording, the Yealink TV and camera system with automatic targeting of people can be used
- The integrated microphone has room-wide coverage and is equipped with active noise cancellation
- Subsequent recording, streams, subtitles or transcription can be arranged by the trainer himself or herself, for example via recording in MS Teams or another available application

Room information
- To enter, you must pick up a key from the IT department on the first floor.
- If assistance with AV equipment is required, this must be stated in the booking description, for example by the note “AV equipment”.
- The lift or stairs can be used for transfer.
- When the training is finished, it is important to lock the room again and return the key either in person to the ICT Administrator or in the box next to the office 01023.
