We are looking for a new team member for the CITKE user support team
Job Description for User Support
User support staff provide assistance with online teaching and the integration of information technology into education. They are well-versed in the faculty’s e-learning systems (ELF, Medial, MS Teams, and others), troubleshoot issues with these systems, and offer consultations regarding them. They also test these systems, contribute to their further development, and create user guides and other support materials for them. They prepare and lead training sessions and workshops on the use of information technology in teaching.
What we require:
- User familiarity with the ELF (Moodle) system
- Good computer skills at a user level (email, internet search; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus)
- Familiarity with educational technologies or experience creating courses in Moodle is a plus
- Analytical thinking skills
- Very good writing skills, ability to express ideas clearly
- Willingness to learn new things, reliability
